Cozumel Trip - August 19-22, 1993
Take Sun Country 727-200 to Cozumel's Plaza Los Glorias Thursday and awake Friday morning to loading dive boats
Hotel has a nice water side pool has swim up bar on the left side
Pat is fired up to try to go on a scuba trip

Head back to the room where we take no chances on the local water
Back to the room to prepare for our afternoon dives
Enjoy some lunch in the hotel pool area before our dives
Find out boat at the dock but they are still changing out tanks and sketchy equipment

Finally onboard the Orca, we head toward our 35min dive to 85ft at Palancar Reef
We take a second dive at Paradise Reef and go down 40ft for 45 minutes, great fish down below
Orca drops us off at Plaza los Glorias and departs towards the sunset

Afternoon diving takes some wind out the evening sails
Pat has a little left after getting back to the room
Through the frisbee down near the water Saturday morning
Triathlete Janine gets us to listen to a timeshare spiel for free breakfast & discount scooter rental
Pat and David rent scooters and let John and Doug go diving without them today
We are good checking out Mayan ruins after cheating death yesterday
David is thankful he survived yesterdays dive using the sketchy rental equipment
Pat practices slowing down his breathing after yesterday's air chug-a-thon

Sunday morning, John and Doug take the scooters and check out the island

Grab a lizard and get a free beer, I meant bandaid

Pat and David eat breakfast and hang out at the hotel while John & Doug have the scooters
Walk around the hotel and see what is around it
I wonder if the authorities are aware of this plant growing outside the hotel?

Back at the airport for our 727 flight home, it was great
