Only our second Monday the 5th of July Parade recorded as an online album (2010 & 2004) as we check for current location stepping out from Sonic
We stake our claim back at the usual Castlewood viewing location

A 1947 GMC oil company truck starts the military vehicle parade
The Bluebonnet Military Motorpool makes their appearance with the first of several heavy trucks
Two more heavy trucks roll past before the lighter vehicles arrive
A Hummer leads three Jeeps past our viewing location

No cub scout troops to be seen behind the final group of horse riders
Fwood Parks and Recreation Crew conclude the parade every year
But one more company advertisement sneaks in at the end
The final two public works vehicles pass by . . .
And the viewers stand and start to break down their viewing camps
Parade continues on past City Hall where the judges cast their votes
The final police car slows traffic for parade watchers to clear
Erin and Alex watch the parade with no other friends or family nearby
Get Sonic after the sudden downpour washes out the Park festivities
The girls love Sonic's fried mozzarella sticks
David loves a double meat Sonic mustard cheeseburger!
The parade float champions are posted later in the afternoon
The 126th Annual Parade was successful and back to normal again!
